At Healing Motion, we move you to excel in health, wellness and life. We offer performance training for any and all activities you could possibly think of and do. Our therapists participate in a majority of these activities themselves, and for those who don’t, they are able to analyze the demands of your sport or activity and customize your movement needs and training plan to your sport.
In addition to maximizing your performance, our training will also help you identify potential future injury risks you may have based on your movement, and help you prevent them before they ever happen. With performance training we assess your movement with general and sport/activity specific movements, identify any faulty movement patterns and mobility and strength deficits, and then develop a plan for you to address those issues moving forward.
