This class is perfect if you’re just starting your fitness journey, returning after a break, or looking to build a solid foundation. We’ll focus on safe, effective exercises that improve strength, mobility, and endurance, all at your pace. You’ll gain confidence in movement, learn proper form, and start feeling stronger—inside and out—while having fun in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Payment Options:
$320 subscription/month (2, 1 hour classes per week)
$480 for 12 sessions over 6 weeks
Intermediate / Advanced Exercise
Challenge Yourself, Build Strength, Elevate Fitness
Ready to push your limits? This class is designed for those with a solid fitness base who want to improve strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. You’ll tackle more challenging exercises, incorporate advanced strength training techniques, and refine your movement patterns. Expect a motivating, high-energy environment that will help you reach new levels of fitness safely and effectively.
Payment Options:
$320 subscription/month (2, 1 hour classes per week)
$480 for 12 sessions over 6 weeks
Schedule:
Classes are every Monday and Wednesday morning.
6-7 am: Intermediate/Advanced
