Dr. Erin Erven, PT, DPT, OCS
North Albany Clinic Operator, Physical Therapist
Dr. Erven joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in January 2022. She brings almost ten years of experience in outpatient orthopedics.
Erin was born and raised in Corvallis. She attended Oregon State University and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2010. She enjoyed her time playing soccer for the women’s club team while at OSU. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Denver at the University of Colorado and graduated in 2013. She has been practicing in the Corvallis/Albany area since 2013.
Erin is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. She loves working with all orthopedic conditions but is passionate about caring for her fellow mamas. She has additional training in prenatal and postpartum physical therapy. She also has training in manual therapy techniques to help all her patients move better and with less pain before progressing their individualized and progressive exercise program.
When she’s not at work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Shiloh, and two children, Alexandra and Brooks. Erin loves to stay active and can often be found out trail running or at boot camp!

Dr. MollyAnn Hunt, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Hunt joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in April 2022.
MollyAnn was born and raised in Albany, Oregon. She graduated from West Albany High School in 2005, being part of the 50th graduating class. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sport and Science from Oregon State University in 2010. She worked in various career fields after college including coaching, managing the Boys and Girls Club, and as a PT aide. In 2014, she moved to San Diego, CA to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy. In 2016, she completed her DPT from the University of St Augustine Health Sciences.
During her high school, collegiate, and professional school years, MollyAnn was involved in a variety of sports spanning from softball, soccer, basketball, golf, and cheerleading. She continues to be actively involved in sports and enjoys attending her children’s sporting events as well.
Throughout her time at the University of St Augustine, MollyAnn took various courses towards her Manual Therapy Certification. She has also immersed herself in functional movement assessment evaluation training with SFMA certification. During her time at the University of St Augustine, she participated in neurological and pediatric POINT labs for those unable to acquire health insurance or struggling with medical bills.
Growing up in the city that she loves, Albany has made her appreciate the sense of community and compassion that the town embodies. She enjoys staying current on the inner workings of the city with various volunteer work and working closely with the high schools to keep athletes and coaches up on the newest research for proper exercise and strengthening programs. MollyAnn has a passion for working with pediatric, middle school and high school patients, who love her energy and excellent skills.

Dr. Ashlee Roderick, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT, CPT
Owner, Chief Executive Officer, Philomath Clinic Operator, Physical Therapist
Dr. Roderick joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in June of 2015. She and her husband, Stephen, became owners of the company in June of 2019.
Ashlee grew up in Northern California. She graduated from Corban University Magna Cum Laude in 2011, where she majored in Health Science, Human Performance with an emphasis on Exercises Science, and minored in Biblical Studies. She played basketball on a scholarship for all four undergraduate years and was an Academic All-American and All-Conference player. Prior to her physical therapy training, Ashlee worked in various facilities, including the Corvallis Anytime Fitness and Fitness Over Fifty, as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
Ashlee attended graduate school at Pacific University and graduated Doctor of Physical Therapy with distinction in May of 2015. She achieved her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification in 2018, her Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2021, and is pursuing additional specialty certification in manual therapy through Mulligan. Additionally, she was a primary investigator in “The Effectiveness of Astym® in Treating Plantar Fasciopathy: a feasibility study.” Ashlee enjoys treating athletes, specializing in pre-habilitation and return-to-sport. She is also very passionate about treating pelvic floor dysfunction and is one of the few local specialists. Ashlee feels privileged to serve this community and is grateful for the trust and confidence patients place in her and the Healing Motion staff as their preferred providers of physical therapy.
Outside of work, Ashlee loves to make memories with her husband and their two little ladies, Ellie and Addisyn, as well as their Golden Retriever, Ky. They spend their time together with friends and family, dabbling in real estate, running, playing basketball and disc golf, boating, and cheering on the Blazers, Red Sox, 49ers, and of course, the Beavs.

Stephen Roderick
Owner, Chief Financial Officer, Information Technology
Stephen purchased Healing Motion Physical Therapy with his wife, Ashlee, in June of 2019.
Stephen was born and raised in Corvallis, where he attended Santiam Christian through high school. He stayed local for college at Oregon State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2012. His day job is as an aviation software engineer for Garmin. He is also a pilot and a real estate investor.
In the little free time he has, you’ll most likely find Stephen with Ashlee and their two little ladies, Ellie and Addisyn. He also enjoys playing basketball and wakeboarding.

Amber Sharp
Billing Manager
Amber joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in August of 2021.
Amber grew up in Albany, Oregon and after 15 years of living in three different states, she has found her way back to her hometown. She is thrilled to be close to family and friends again. She is best known for her love of animals, especially dogs! She has spent the last seven years working with all kinds of animals. She helped run an animal shelter located in California, and most recently came from managing a pet resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Amber enjoys life and is always ready to have some fun. One of her most memorable moments was skydiving in Oahu! She strives to live each day with a grateful heart, and make a positive impact wherever the Lord leads her.

Tiara Stahlbaum
Human Relations & Back Office Administrator, Creative Lead
Tiara joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in August 2018.
Tiara is originally from Oregon, but grew up moving around the United States and Europe. She studied Kinesiology at Oregon State University, graduating in 2018 with her Bachelor of Science. Tiara plans to attend graduate school to pursue a career in Business Management and Public Health Promotion.
In her free-time, Tiara enjoys hiking the beautiful PNW with her fiancé, Andrew, and Golden Retriever, Nora. She also enjoys equestrian dressage, cooking, and calligraphy.

Danae Hoefer
Authorizations & Benefits Coordinator
Danae joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in June of 2021.
Danae was born and raised in Albany, Oregon, but moved to Issaquah, Washington, after getting married in 2013. She attended Central Washington University and completed her Bachelor of Arts in English. Danae has an affinity for all things grammar and punctuation.
In her spare time, she and her husband, Hans, along with their sons, Kellan and Wesley, enjoy hikes, Chick-Fil-A, and trips to Costco. They enjoy spending time with friends and making homemade pizza. They travel frequently to Oregon to visit family for weekend trips and holidays.
