Dr. Ashlee Roderick, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT, CPT
Dr. Roderick joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in June of 2015. She and her husband, Stephen, became owners of the company in June of 2019.
Ashlee grew up in Northern California. She graduated from Corban University Magna Cum Laude in 2011, where she majored in Health Science, Human Performance with an emphasis on Exercises Science, and minored in Biblical Studies. She played basketball on a scholarship for all four undergraduate years and was an Academic All-American and All-Conference player. Prior to her physical therapy training, Ashlee worked in various facilities, including the Corvallis Anytime Fitness and Fitness Over Fifty, as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
Ashlee attended graduate school at Pacific University and graduated Doctor of Physical Therapy with distinction in May of 2015. She achieved her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification in 2018, her Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2021, and is pursuing additional specialty certification in manual therapy through Mulligan. Additionally, she was a primary investigator in “The Effectiveness of Astym® in Treating Plantar Fasciopathy: a feasibility study.” Ashlee enjoys treating athletes, specializing in pre-habilitation and return-to-sport. She is also very passionate about treating pelvic floor dysfunction and is one of the few local specialists. Ashlee feels privileged to serve this community and is grateful for the trust and confidence patients place in her and the Healing Motion staff as their preferred providers of physical therapy.
Outside of work, Ashlee loves to make memories with her husband and their three little ladies, Ellie, Addisyn, and Kinsley, as well as their Golden Retriever, Ky. They spend their time together with friends and family, dabbling in real estate, running, playing basketball and disc golf, boating, and cheering on the Blazers, Red Sox, 49ers, and of course, the Beavs.
Dr. Kersey Schuh, PT, DPT, CMPT
Philomath Clinic Manager, Director of Clinical Education, Physical Therapist
Dr. Schuh, a Corvallis native, joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in the Summer of 2017.
Kersey graduated from Oregon State University Cum Laude in 2013, where she majored in General Science with a concentration on Pre-Physical Therapy. She attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia for graduate school and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in May of 2017. Kersey achieved her Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2021, and is pursuing additional specialty certification in manual therapy through Mulligan. Her interests lie in throwing-related shoulder injuries, post-surgical knees and hips, and low back pain. Kersey is eager to build relationships with each of her patients and to help them live their best life.
Outside of work, Kersey enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her adorable puppy, reading, baking, and decorating cakes. She is also an avid Braves fan.
Dr. Melissa McNulty, PT, DPT, COMT
Community Care Coordinator, Physical Therapist
Dr. McNulty joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in December of 2019 after relocating from Alaska to Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Mel graduated with honors from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and later earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University in 2011.
After graduate school, Mel returned home to Alaska and served the Matanuska Susitna Valley in the outpatient orthopedic setting for seven and a half years. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and is also skilled in both land-based and aquatic therapeutic exercise prescription. Mel is particularly passionate about treating the older adult, and recently completed her Cert-MMOA (Modern Management of the Older Adult Certification) through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Mel considers it a privilege to practice physical therapy, and strives to provide personalized, unparalleled care through hands-on treatment, education, and of course, healing motion. In addition, Mel is perhaps less commonly known as “the praying PT,” and she welcomes the opportunity to share prayer with patients when invited to do so. Apart from clinical practice, Mel also serves as Healing Motion’s Community Care Coordinator and works closely with many of our incredible nonprofit groups.
Outside the clinic, Mel enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn, radical rescue dog, Mason, and family – including nearby niece, Olivia, and nephew, Henry. Mel is also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers’ fan, and, of her own admission, spends entirely too much time on fantasy football.
Dr. Emily Houston, PT, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health Specialist
Dr. Houston joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in February of 2023.
Originally from the Philomath area, Emily is delighted to return to the community after years away! In 2009, she graduated from Colorado College magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, then worked in education in the Bay Area. While there, she discovered her career passion and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015 from UC San Francisco/San Francisco State University. Emily began her physical therapy career working in orthopedics at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland. She completed a one-year residency program to further specialize in this field, and is board certified as a clinical specialist in Orthopedics. Emily then spent 4 years working as a Physical Therapist in California. She started a successful PT clinic in association with the Indian Health Clinic on the reservation near her town. Here she treated a wide range of ages and presentations, also starting an Aquatic program and advancing her treatment in Pelvic Health.
Emily loves her work and is committed to helping each patient meet their goals through therapy, whatever the goal may be! She uses a patient-centered, holistic approach. She loves the variety of orthopedic presentations she works with, and is particularly passionate about offering care to individuals with pelvic presentations (e.g., during and following pregnancy, pelvic pain, incontinence, bowel dysfunction).
Emily returned to Philomath with her spouse and 2 young children. In her free time you can find her enjoying the Pacific Northwest air with her family: hiking, running, biking, gardening, playing in the woods or curled up reading with her kids.
Dr. Kylee Seto-Herr, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Seto joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in July of 2023.
Kylee grew up in Vancouver, BC, Canada. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lousiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion with a Minor in French Literature in 2017. While at Louisiana Tech, she played soccer on a scholarship throughout all four undergraduate years as a goalkeeper. Before pursuing her degree in physical therapy, she worked in various clinical settings as a registered kinesiologist, caregiver, and coach. Kylee completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2023 at Pacific University while working as a peer tutor and principal investigator researching fall risk and gait amongst individuals with lower limb loss. She has presented her findings at multiple international conferences.
Kylee is excited to serve the community, create meaningful connections with patients of all ages, and help provide people with individualized care to get them back to doing what they love! She has experience treating a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Her special interests include preventative health programs, vestibular therapy, fall risk, and chronic pain.
In her free time, Kylee enjoys playing pickleball, cooking, and exploring the outdoors with her family and friends. She is also an avid skier, climber, and cyclist.
Dr. Paige Perkett, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Perkett joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in August of 2023.
Paige grew up in Northern California. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Sacramento with her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with an Emphasis in Therapeutic Rehabilitation in 2015. She later traveled to Big Sky country to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Montana, Missoula, graduating as an AHEC scholar in 2019.
After graduation, Paige turned to travel physical therapy. This led her to Oregon, where she was able to find herself in a position to help start a new program to embed a physical therapist in a primary care clinic. She has spent the last three years working alongside various primary care practitioners. This collaborative effort to best serve the patient was aimed to provide researched-based, preventative, psychologically-informed, and non-pharmacological care. She helped provide access to direct the patient to the best health care professional to meet their needs. A Primary Care Physical Therapist truly sees it all, requiring knowledge in a variety of presentations/conditions such as acute/chronic orthopedics and neurological/vestibular conditions within a wide age range.
Paige is beyond ecstatic to share her knowledge to the Philomath Community, where she lives, to aid in empowering a person’s ability to improve their life experience. She is currently studying with Physiological Oncology Rehabilitation Institute (PORi) to become an oncology specialist to best serve the needs of our community. In addition to this, she enjoys treating a variety of patients with special interest to include: preventative health, acute/chronic orthopedic conditions, and neurological/vestibular therapy.
Outside of work, Paige spends time enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Rory, their friends/family, and their dogs Scooby and Harlow. Whether she is traveling to a new country, fishing on the Alsea, mountain biking in McDonald Forest, or hiking up Mary’s Peak, you can catch Paige exploring and enjoying this dynamic world we live in.

Stephany Harlow
Front Office Manager
Stephany joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in March of 2023.
Stephany was born in Southern California but was raised in the Willamette Valley. She graduated Cum Laude from Western Oregon University in 2016 obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Administration with a Health concentration.
Following graduation Stephany spent some time in Southern California overseeing residential care facilities for the elderly, and as an active board member of a non-profit that focuses on assisting the senior transient population. After some time she decided to return home to the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Outside of work Stephany loves crafting and creating art. She enjoys making everything from knitted blankets to watercolor paintings.
Jada Bratsouleas
Front Office Administrator
Jada joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in September of 2023.
Jada grew up in Corvallis, Oregon. She is a junior at Oregon State University studying Nutrition with a minor in English. After completing her bachelors degree, she plans to attend graduate school to become a Nutritionist.
Outside of work, Jada enjoys spending time with her family, weightlifting, hiking, and traveling.
Alex Gaekwad
Physical Therapy Aide
Alex joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in May of 2022.
Alex was born in Kansas, but has lived in the Willamette Valley for most of his life. He is now in his senior year at Oregon State University pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. After graduating, he plans to attend physical therapy school.
Outside of school and work, Alex enjoys playing golf, listening to music, and hiking with his adorable rescue dog, Lucy.
Seth Cain
Physical Therapy Aide
Seth joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in September 2024.
Seth grew up just outside of Denver, Colorado, but moved to Oregon when he was in middle school, where he has lived since. Seth is currently a fourth-year student at Oregon State University studying kinesiology with a pre-medical path. When he graduates, Seth plans to take a gap year prior to attending medical school.
During his downtime, Seth likes to spend his time lifting, kayaking, biking, climbing, or snowboarding with his friends.
