Dr. David Holte, PT, DPT, CMPT, CSCS, PN-1
Eugene Clinic Operator, Physical Therapist
Dr. Holte joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in May of 2024.
David grew up in Iowa where he spent most of his time playing soccer. He graduated from Wartburg College after playing 4 years of soccer and majoring in Biology with a minor in Psychology.
He attended the University of Iowa for graduate school and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. While in physical therapy school, David also obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certificate through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Additionally, he coached competitive youth soccer. After graduating from physical therapy school, David found his way to the Pacific Northwest where he met his wife, Kristen. David completed a manual therapy focused residency and passed his Certified Manual Physical Therapy (CMPT) certificate through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2018. David enjoys treating concussions, dizziness, running, orthopedic injuries, and sports injuries/return to sport.
David has a strong passion for strength and conditioning. This passion led him to start and co-own Advanced Training in Performance, which trains youth athletes in Eugene and Springfield. He has also obtained his Level 1 Precision Nutrition certificate to better help his patients find and maintain a healthy life.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristen, and daughter, Emmerson, lifting weights, and anything outdoors including camping, hiking, skiing, and learning how to fly fish.
Dr. Kristen Holte, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Holte joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in November of 2023.
Kristen grew up in Salem, Oregon. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Science from Corban University in 2010. She then attended Pacific University for her Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduating with academic honors in 2016.
Kristen has been a physical therapist in Eugene since 2016. She has completed an Orthopedic Residency program, is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) and a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS). She enjoys providing individualized care to every patient in order to help them accomplish their goals and find enjoyment in movement. After spending lots of time as an injured college and recreational athlete, she is passionate about treating overhead and fitness athletes.
In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as Crossfit, hiking, running, reading and playing board games.
Dr. Michelle Tyndall, PT, DPT, LSVT-BIG
Physical Therapist
Dr. Tyndall joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in January of 2022.
Michelle grew up in San Diego County and attended undergrad at Biola University, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, pre-Physical Therapy, in 2016. After which, she moved to Oregon and fell in love with everything about the Pacific Northwest. Michelle then went to the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas, where she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy with honors in December 2021.
Michelle is also certified in LSVT BIG allowing her to offer specialized care to individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.
Growing up, Michelle loved playing all types of sports and growing with her teammates through the seasons. She has coached and trained athletes on and off the field and looks forward to passing along her passion to other athletes. Michelle enjoys yoga, hiking, running, reading, and hanging out with her family in her spare time.

Jaci joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in July, 2024.
Jaci was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. She graduated from Oregon State University in 1996 with her Bachelors of Science in Exercise & Sport Science and an Athletic Trainer certification. She has worked in the physical therapy environment since 1997 as a physical therapy aide, receptionist, office manager, and administrative assistant.
Jaci enjoys spending time with her daughter, Whitney and son, Wyatt. She has has fun taking her chihuahua, Taz, for walks. She looks forward to reading books, watching movies, and getting iced chai tea lattes at Starbucks. Jaci loves anything Disney and during COVID became obsessed with Thomas Kinkade Disney puzzles.
