Dr. Mikayla Cordle, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Cordle joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in May of 2026.
Mikayla is an Oregon native who has spent most of her life in Eastern Oregon and the Willamette Valley. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Eastern Oregon University and began her Doctor of Physical Therapy at George Fox University in 2023.
During her doctoral training, Mikayla gained diverse clinical experience across multiple settings. She completed an outpatient orthopedic rotation with Therapeutic Associates in Keizer, a skilled nursing rotation at Mount Angel Health and Rehabilitation, and a pediatric outpatient rotation at OHSU Child Development and Rehabilitation Center in Eugene. Through this rotation she found an interest in working with pediatrics where she is passionate about supporting children and their families in achieving meaningful developmental milestones and functional independence. These experiences helped her develop a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care across the lifespan.
Mikayla is passionate about helping individuals improve function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. She emphasizes evidence-based practice and creates individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, Mikayla enjoys staying active through hiking with her golden retriever, Lucy, paddle boarding, and traveling. She has also recently developed an interest in sewing as a creative outlet.
