
Dr. Ashlyn Zoon, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Zoon joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in July of 2025.
Ashlyn grew up in Albany, Oregon. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from George Fox University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. While at George Fox, she worked as an office assistant in the Health and Human Performance department, interned at ADAPT Training, and volunteered locally at Providence Rehab and Pediatrics Services and the McMinnville Free Clinic. She additionally participated as a member of the Oregon Academy of Science (OAS) and presented research at the OAS conference in the 2019 Health and Sciences and Kinesiology Section. In 2023, Ashlyn completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. While in the program, she completed clinical rotations in a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and inpatient rehabilitation.
Ashlyn’s clinical experience and focus is in orthopedic physical therapy, as she has been working within this setting for the past two years. She is a compassionate and dedicated physical therapist who strives to provide the best patient care possible through continuing education, adhering to evidence-based practice, and utilizing a holistic approach. Whether it’s getting back to walking or collegiate-level sports, she found a deeper passion for making a difference in the lives of those who experience pain and disability.
In her free time, Ashlyn loves to stay active through running and outdoor activities. She enjoys spending time with her husband and bird dog, as well as hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking, and hiking.
