She played basketball on a scholarship for all four undergraduate years and was an Academic All-American and All-Conference player. Prior to her physical therapy training, Ashlee worked in various facilities, including the Corvallis Anytime Fitness and Fitness Over Fifty, as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
Ashlee attended graduate school at Pacific University and graduated Doctor of Physical Therapy with distinction in May of 2015. She achieved her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification in 2018, her Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2021, and is pursuing additional specialty certification in manual therapy through Mulligan. Additionally, she was a primary investigator in “The Effectiveness of Astym® in Treating Plantar Fasciopathy: a feasibility study.” Ashlee enjoys treating athletes, specializing in pre-habilitation and return-to-sport. She is also very passionate about treating pelvic floor dysfunction and is one of the few local specialists. Ashlee feels privileged to serve this community and is grateful for the trust and confidence patients place in her and the Healing Motion staff as their preferred providers of physical therapy.
Outside of work, Ashlee loves to make memories with her husband and their three little ladies, Ellie, Addisyn, and Kinsley, as well as their Golden Retriever, Ky. They spend their time together with friends and family, dabbling in real estate, running, playing basketball and disc golf, boating, and cheering on the Blazers, Red Sox, 49ers, and of course, the Beavs.
