Clinical education represents a significant component of becoming a physical therapist, or any healthcare provider for that matter. Each of our therapists have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of hours observing and practicing physical therapy prior to graduating as a doctor and becoming licensed.
Physical therapists are educators. After all, we spend our entire day teaching patients how to manage their condition. It is our absolute pleasure to play an active role in training up the next generation of movement experts. At Healing Motion, on any given week, you may find a high school student observing to fulfill career education hours, a Pre-Physical Therapy Oregon State student completing a practicum, or a student physical therapist treating patients under the close guidance of one of our skilled practitioners.
