That blog also has YouTube playlists with nearly all of these exercises. This blog is still in progress to make it more functional for you. We will be linking each individual exercise to it’s corresponding YouTube video in the future.
Remember, in general, this is the progression from easiest to hardest. Based on individual mobility and strength skills and abilities the progression order may vary slightly.
