Telehealth Physical Therapy allows us to provide you high quality Physical Therapy care without you having to set foot in our clinic. It is a remote, one-on-on Telehealth visit that is performed by our skilled Doctors of Physical Therapy via live video with you on any computer or mobile device with internet connection.
While Physical Therapy is well known for helping you decrease your pain with our hands-on manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization/manipulation and massage, one of the best ways we help you get out of pain and move on with your life is with our skilled evaluation of movement and ability to teach you to move differently with education and exercise. We can do the latter with Telehealth.
During your visit you will experience:
- Movement Evaluation to determine the source and cause of your pain problem
- Training in methods to perform self massage and mobilization at home or the gym
- Education about why you are hurting, how to eliminate your pain, and how to prevent it from reoccurring in the future
- Customized movement training and exercise prescription with the proper stretches, strengthening, and activity modifications to meet your specific needs
